Ruudix RDM from helicpoter to my heli. (Awaiting Player)

Description of what happened:      Hovering about 400m above the Heroin Processor, waiting as there are 3 Hemmt trucks processing.  Ruudix comes along in a heli and him and his friend (didnt get his name but part of the AMC gang), start randomly shooting at my Heli for no reason and with NO RP whatsoever.  It was only sheer quick reactions that I did not die or that my heli was not blown up.  As u can see my HP is 34% and various dmg on my heli.  I ask in chat for him to come to TS a few times and eventually the AMC gang leader comes to TS and starts being abusive and repeating "did u die...did u die...did u die" until i give up and leave and talk to Mentor Ross to clarify if this is indeed RDM.  After clarification I have made this report. 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:   RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, Myke Larry (the CEO) of Altis Merchant Corp and a couple of others came to TS, all they did was be abusive and repeated constantly "did u die...did u die...did u die" SO I dont think they grasp the RDM rule.  the others i did not take notice of, they were not interested in talking, only being abusive in TS.

I am terribly sorry if you felt abused but i have to say you didnt let me speak either due to high anger from your side as far as i am concerned  RDM stand for  Random Death Match  where death need to be involved, in this case it look like you neither die or your heli destroyed, second thing it is really hard to talk to someone in a heli while other people are also in an heli, those were warning shot to tell you to leave which worked since you left, further more how did you know it was ruudix that shoot you since he was the pilot of the heli and the only way you would see his name is by meta-gaming which is also an offence in this game, and to finelize i would like to inform you that a pilote cannot shoot from an heli, so your accusation against ruudix are nothing but anger to have to fix your heli!!!

This is your response, AMC is getting themselves a name for rule breaking lately and you are the CEO/Leader?  I remained calm in side chat and also TS.  Every mentor etc I have spoken to can confirm that I am a calm person in my dealings within the game, even check out the tone of my voice in the video, does that sound "high anger"?    You made no attempt what-so-ever to resolve this and you came to TS on behalf of Ruudix and in all honesty u made things a LOT worse with your childish attitude.

I will add this again, as you seem to still not understand the RDM rule:  

RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.        You mentioning that it is "hard to talk" to another heli does not give you or your gang members the right to just open fire on anyone you dont like being close, (over 400m high btw), to you without RP.

This was confirmed with Mentor SPC Ross, u know, the one u have just been in TS with resolving yet ANOTHER issue with your gang, this time Glitching/exploiting a dead body.  I also know u were rude with the person involved thus that Mentors involvment in that issue.

I have tried to explain to you the rules that in my eyes your men broke and all you have done is react in a non-helpful way.  I will leave this for the Admins to decide as you  a/  clearly do not understand the rules and  b/ will not accept responsibility for your gang members actions.  

EDIT: Even now I am willing to come to TS and attempt to resolve this, although this time with a mentor present to ensure the attitude remains civil.  If you wish to do so, contact me.

Thank you for your kind reminder of the rules of the server. As far as i am concerned the reputation of this clan has nothing to do with this current issue, playing on unfunded gossips. Regarding the attitude I am only returning the favour you say we were abusive without any proof I am only returning the favour. Furthermore I do not believe that the problems we have with other player/clan is any of your concern and or have, yet again, nothing to do with the issue at hand.

To finish this discussion I would like to repeat myself and let you know that a pilot cannot be the shooter as you fail to mention in your report this situation was with 2 helicopters and ruudix was the pilot.

That being say, we do not wish to take this discussion further on TeamSpeak we will let the admin decide the resolution of the issue.

I would like to hear Ruudixs' side of things, maybe he will come and explain his side of the story seeing as he was present and maybe shed some light on the person who was shooting with NO RP if he wasnt.

I will not engage in further conversation with u further in this thread, Myke Larry, as I feel we have said all that needs to be said and u refuse to come to TS and sort things out.

Well what I'd really like to see is a Video of the incident?

Apparently something DID go wrong otherwise Myke Larry wouldn't have apologized but to approve a report on a certain person I need some kind of evidence .. It could have been anyone if I don't see a Video of a person CLEARLY doing it.

So what will happen now is: I leave this open a bit longer waiting if someone can provide evidence.

If this is not gonna happen I will deny this BUT will have a word with the gentleman of AMC and quick remind them of the rules again.

Sorry Steph and thank you for your attention to this.  Im afraid all I have is the video I have put up as I was caught unawares with the incident and did record as soon as I had got my head together and got out of the area/situation of being shot at randomly. 

With hindsight, I should have let them kill me and then gone from there, but the first thing that popped into my head was "WOAH...get out of here before they kill me, blow my heli or both!!"  

The main thing that made me bring this to the forums was their attitude when I tried to help them to understand the server rules.
