Rust needs Framework 3.5

All right, so I want to play Rust along with everyone else, but Rust requires Framework 3.5. I try to downloade framework 3.5, but it wont let me. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you run the bit of your computer, ie if you had 64bit windows 7 download 64bit windows 7. If you get any errors please post them.

Whenever I try to download it. It says that the file could not be found and gives me this error message

Do you have this problem with any other software/drivers you download? Also could you get a screenshot.

I do get the issue with a few other games, where it requires framework 3.5.

Never mind. My computer genius of a friend fixed it for me. Now I can finally destroy hobos with rocks in Rust!
