Description of what happened: I approached him and made it clear he was being robbed, and gave him more than enough time to respond in RP manner. Instead of following RP, he decided it would be realistic to magically dodge my submachine gun and hop into his truck and drive away, he would then return and run over my hatchback sport  (Which exploded, killing me) and my friend.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

lol i have chance to leave and i use it. His a car i damaged to leave the prosecution. u a loot him and try to kill me too. IF U HAVE A WEAPON this is not to reason for me to do nothing. I have last vehicle and no have money. I dont must present this for you cause u armed. Next time wait for longer distance to car. Learn to gang from Lincoln.

What you said makes no sense dude, VDM is not allowed at all, and jumping into your vehicle is really bad Roleplay. 

I did try resolving the issue by asking him to go to teamspeak for a chat, he said this as a response:

That clearly makes zero sense XD

Rule:

3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:

Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)

Even then, you can't immobilize a vehicle as a civ anyway :)

However using the following vehicles to immobilise each other (eg. Hunter VS Ifrit or Strider VS Ifrit etc) is permitted in roleplay for whitelisted factions or people in ownership of a rebel membership - Hunter/Strider/Ifrit

And good question what this is the zone ? Why u gang there ?  Why not illegal resources ? U know there coming new players without guns and money. For this need to give ban to you and your friend.

i disscused with admin, he sad me in what thing i will wrong. If u want we can talk about compensation ...

I am truely sorry for what I have done, I have spoken to a mentor which explained me the rules. I will never do it again.

 
Should of read the rules before playing. My compensation request ended when you refused to come on teamspeak earlier.
