so alot of the time when i am driving around i will go past a car and they will turn around and follow me and when i take turns that no-one else does to see if they are following me then when they also take that turn i drive full speed to get away am i allowed to for example drive to the green zone in kavala from the outside of agios in order to escape or is that violating the green zone rules? do i just have to accept my fate or do i try and lose them? what if losing them is impossible? any answers would help thanks : )

If you are in a ground vehicle and someone starts following you, you are free to go to a green zone/blue zone. If verbal initiation is made against you i.e "Stop the vehicle or your tyres will be shot" or anything verbal that indicates that they are going to pursue you then you will no longer be able to flee to one of the said zones. It's basically just common sense, say your stood at Athira car shop and someone threatens you telling to put your hands up, but you then jump into your car and drive away and they begin to chase you, in this situation you wouldn't be able to go to a green/blue zone as they have made their intentions clear. However if someone is just following you around without any kind of initiation then feel free to go to a green zone.

what if i am in an suv and they are in a sport hatchback there is no escaping them if a certain amount of time goes by am i then allowed to go to a zone? or do i just accept my fate?

I'd say it's abit of a grey area and i'm sure multiple people and even staff members will give you replies soon but I would go with, if someones just following you, feel free to go to a greenzone, however if you can blatantly tell that they have hostile intentions then I would avoid going to a green zone as it is against the rules to use zones as protection. The rule is as follows (6.1.6) You must not exploit the green zone to avoid ongoing hostile roleplay. Retreating into a green zone is forbidden. So it does say 'ongoing hostile roleplay' so I'd assume if no words have yet been exchanged you are free to go into a greenzone. Honestly just abit of a grey area for me now that i think about it however I'm sure a staff member will soon comment.

You could also hop into the teamspeak and go to the support channel for a staff members opinion.

Another thing is leading them into a trap, call the police in a dispatch explaining your being followed, lure them into a city where the police with intervene, this worked all the time 100% for me, and most of the time the people who followed me are armed to the teeth.

Sending them a dispatch, im followed by (red SUV) , please help at airport, takes about 10 seconds to send. Police most likely will respond and assist you to trap them.

As long as they don't say anything threatening towards you. You can go anywhere even if they are faster then you e.g a zamak being follow by a sporty

Actually its a easy win against a sporty, drive on the beaches, they cant as they will be super slow, and sometimes you can just go to Police departments and ask for assistance.

Well that is good for a civ but not for me as a Poseidon member would just call Poseidon as it is a much better plan and more likely to get help from them then the police
