So i will give you a scenario and i need to know if it is banable what the other player did.
So i begin to pursue a truck and try to pill him over. He starts to drive a 100 meters forward and stops turns around and drives a hundred meters back. He then turns around again and repeatedly does this waiting for us cops to issue compliance and engage on the tires and we are instantly killed. Even though we just wanted to stop the truck and we were not shooting to kill.
Is this breaking rules, as it is very frustrating when it happens.
As an example , here is a video below of what i am trying to explain. The situation was resolved so no banning should come from this but its will show you what i am on about.
Over all is doing something like this/ shooting with snipers after doing laps / just waiting to be issued on breaking rules.
