I would like to have some clarification on

Rule 6.5) If you are in active combat you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban)

To put my question in perspective, last night there was 5 police officers incl myself on Server 2 being followed by at least 3 cars full of rebels who were obviously trying to get us to stop/rob/kill us

but i was told we could not drive back to the PD because we were ''initiated on'' (exact words were stop following us or we will shoot, even though they drove to us and followed us) but no shots were ever fired until we crashed and got surrounded.

So if we drove to the police station which would make sense in real life if you were outnumbered and a police station is safety (full of cops, cctv etc), would we be banned under 6.5?

 
You used to be able to do this when Kavala PD was a "blue zone" on the map. It was intentionally changed because it allowed cops to dig themselves into combat and then run away, you are no longer allowed to flee to the station like that because it was too powerful for the police. If you want to argue over the RP reasoning then go ahead but I wouldn't expect you to get very far.

If you have been "initiated on" as you worded it or more ideally "roleplay has taken place" then you must not flee to greenzone if that roleplay started combat. Sort answer, yes you would be banned under 6.5.

Yes but as the rule states active combat, if no shots are fired then its not an active combat scenario and therefore you should be able to drive away to safety.

 
The main point is here is that you're avoiding an RP situation by hiding at a police station - if you were being pursued and you went a police station you've skipped out on an RP chance and spoiled the experience and immersion on both ends. There are so many technicalities that can't be played out because the PD is manned by invisible staff. Furthermore, any police actually there will act but the people following you cannot retaliate and that's not okay.

sure, no active combat has started but it could have started at any point and it could turn into people shooting into a gz and killing a newly spawned cop. 

 
It was about avoiding being killed by some rebels who clearly wanting a gunfight, so i don't see it avoiding RP when you are actually valuing your life.

Plus this happened way outside of Kavala, whats the difference of driving away, losing the people trying to kill you then driving to in to PD 5/10mins later.

You are not allowed to drive/run/crawl into a greenzone after RP has been initiated especially if it's RP that could involve shooting, and in this case it was.

For example:

#1: If i sell drugs in Kavala and someone that is armed tells me to stop and put my hands up (RP initiated).
#2: I drive away towards one of the green zones and stay there.
#3: The one chasing you can not do anything because you avoided a potentially dangerous situation and entered a green zone.
#4: If he kills you, he gets banned (if you break a rule does not mean he can).
#5: Simple if you get caught entering a green zone to avoid danger while in RP you get banned.

If that was the case, and they did kill you, and there was poor RP. Then you could have report them for baiting.

Lets put it like this,

If you initiate on me with guns in hand and i start running to Kavala square, where you are not allowed to shoot me and the RP ends because of that (because you are no longer a threat). Would you like that ?

If the thing you want/did was allowed everyone beeing chased would just go to a green zone, hence the rule.
