Yesterday a member of my group was banned for RDM'ing [T1]Crispy at the HM treasury, in the middle of a bank robbery.
The Background of why he was shot: As we started the bank robbery Crispy was helilifted off a hill near the bank while beeing armed, seeing as we did not want him there, as he was a threath to our robbery's success. He was droped off near our cop baiting ifrit, where he shot it said ifrit, and got one of our members killed by the poilice (not sure if he died to).
Regardless we dident care much about it, as the ifrit had completed its task.
We blew up the bank and started unloading the gold in to one of our HEMTTs, an unknown ammount of time later, Crispy arrived at the northern wall unarmed, where he then pulled a gun and made one of our members surrender, drop his gun and put his hands up. Within 1-2min Cripsy got shot in the back by a sniper.
Another T1 member arrived a few minutes later and allso ended up getting shot. At this point we werent letting any civs aproach our HEMTT loading crew.
During the next 20 or so min we held of several police assaults. During this time several civs drove past, many slowed down, but they all moved on and non left their cars.
But then a single red sports hatchback stops at the road completely, he waits there a bit, before pulling in next to the southern compound wall. We've seen this before.
And the very same person that did it, is back, with a rifle in his backpack (info from his report page)
appearing unarmed, just like last time. Sadly for him, we werent set on letting some civ who might have a gun holstered or in his backpack aproach us again, so we shot him dead the second he left his car.
5min and another figth with the police later, we evac with the gold, and Crispy posts his report for RDM.
tl;dr Crispy holds one of us up at the bank, dies. Comes back 20min later in the same setup and dies again before getting to pull his gun
That is the story from my perspective, as the pilot and spotter of the group.
So my question to you, dear reader, is:
1. RDM? NLR? RDM but comp? Does 12B trumph 5?
2. Should an unarmed civ be allowed to walk in to a bank robbery/firefight unharmed?
(not drive past, but activly park and walk in to it)
3. Is it not his own fault especially considering he'd died there before, doing the exact same thing he was doing again now?
