Listen there is a reason why there are numbers you need to calculate it. So
2060-1070 = 990 which means that 2060 is 990% better then 1070.  But you gotta remember that it's a 1070 "ti" which means that its a titan. And if we search titan on google we can clearly see that the melting point of Titan is at 1668. Which then means that if we add 1668 to the numbers we get 2738 -2060 which equals 1668 that means that there is 1070 ti is 1668% better then 2070.
