My idea is to start an RPUK Film Festival with an award ceremony with awesome prizes ingame.

Now for the name and categories I would like you guys' feedback.

Keep in mind that all films need to be story based and max of 15 minutes long. So frag videos are not allowed. Videos with gunfights as part of the story are.

So far for categories we have:

  • Action/adventure
  • Romance
  • Drama
  • Comedy
  • Foreign (or fake foreign) with English subtitles
  • Music video
  • Mockumentary (fake documentary)
Other prizes so far are:

  • Best actor/actress
  • Best support
  • Best editing
  • Best music
  • Best camera work
Now feel free to add in the comments suggestion for the name of the event (think OSCARS/BAFTAS), other categories and other prizes. Also if you have an idea for rewards let me know!

Also if you're interested in becoming a member of the jury let me know!

Q, sooooo, are these personal stuff?  i.e. what we ourselves do?  Or ?

You have plenty of time to make them though using recording software like shadowplay or Geforce experience. So if you want to participate you can 🙂

 
@Nalurah, if i may suggest some title changes, then it would be:

-Best Actor/Actress in a leading role

-Best Suporting Actor/Actress

-Best Soundtrack

-Best Cinematography

Thank you, to be honest I just quickly wrote them down so people could get an idea, would indeed not be the official one. I like these though so I will probably change the official ones to that.
