RPUK Automated Emails (spam)

So for anyone who does not know what i am on about , i get these emails constantly now.

So recently i have been receiving lots of spam emails which are seen above. Im unsure why i am receiving these emails considering i actively use the forums every day and also post. Is there a reason why i am getting so many of these emails even though i am actively using the website? Just wondering as its getting a bit annoying now.

The email's were turned off around a week ago, however due to this websites extremely busy activity (over 2000 members active in the last few weeks and over 500 logging in within the last few hours) there is a bit of a manual backlog to clear which i am working through amongst other things.

The failing of this email is due to the fact that members do not seem to log out and in (This is what triggers if to send an email after 2 weeks or not) I guess we are all using extended cookies, chrome and other things.

You may still receive an email or two over the next few days as i work on this.

@Wilco - Thanks for the response. Was unaware if this was a known issue or not so i created the post. Thanks for letting us know that you are fixing the problem.  Cheers for working on this issue

@Hoggie after some sql witchcraft all the scheduled emails (over 3000) have been deleted from the queue and the offending rule has been deleted, as from 18:18 today no further "we missed you" emails should be sent out, however some already sent out might be delayed but its unlikely.
