Time & Date this happened: 26/11/14 approx 1705hrs
Description of what happened: Searched a Zamak and it came back with drugs inside, RPA Ostskivan came around the corner shouting get down on the f ground, He was taken down by PCSO Durham and restrained. He started to escort him back to our car but he just went missing (unknown) There was a red Off Road driving past very close I imagined that when restrained he jump into his friends car while being escorted?
RPA Bobleeswagger & PRA HyPeR then came around the corner shouting and shot and killed PCSO Durham,
RPA HyPeR came and told me to get the f down, I didn't want to take any chances of him shooting me in the back as my partner was dead so I shot him with a rubber bullet and tried to restrain him while running past but it didn't work.
I took down Bobleeswagger and restrained him, He then done the Restrain glitch and killed me then ran off.
