[RPA] HyPeR - Combat Logging (Action: Ban Issued 29/11/2014)

Description of what happened:   [RPA]HyPeR threatened to shoot [PLF] Samurai if he didn't leave the area, as Samurai was leaving HyPeR decided to open fire, so we decided to respond in kind.  HyPeR got rekt, and decided to combat log immediately after.
 
All of this happened in UNMC territory, HyPeR had apparently just finished robbing and helo-jacking someone's MoHawk.  Just sayin'
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I sent him a message in game, he didn't respond.

Yeah, it was my mohawk, 2nd lost mohawk in few days, im done. BTW ive texted UNMC member about that robbers, no respond, thanks for all time on server good people of altis!
