Rp question

I got a Rp question 

Once i was in athira garage ,i had my pistol out, some guy told me to drop my gun ;however, he had his gun in his back pack , i refused so he quickly pulls out his gun and knocks me out,  then i continued to rp and gave him the gun.

So is the move he did is considered rp?

It's not great as he was clearly no visible threat, however there are no rules being broken by the sound of it, just shit roleplay.
