3C) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense.

Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban, or a unappealable ban depending on the admins decision).

3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:

Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)

VDM was one of the reasons I was banned. I understand how it looked like it however I was getting shot by the police and the station was crammed at the time. I didn't do it on purpose. I understand this rule.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Well. I like the server. I spent a lot of time getting started in the early stages and to be honest I understand why I was banned and after I recieved the kick I realised the time and came off. It was around 3am when the incident occured and my sleeping pattern is (Profanity) This is the main cause of the incident as well as my behaviour at the time. If i'm unbanned this wont happen again.

Unban Appeal Process Rules

  • Do not contact admins via PM or on Team-speak about unban's they are dealt with on this forum only, If you ignore this rule your appeal on the forums will be denied & closed.

  • Unban Appeals are the lowest priority as it is your responsibility to learn and follow our rules there are no timeframes. 

  • Any appeals not using the correct title and template as shown above will be denied.

  • If you "bump" your appeal or keep asking when will i be unbanned we reserve the right to deny the request.

  • Any abuse towards an admin will result in a full community ban!

  • The appeal is for the person appealing and the admin team only, Anyone commenting on an appeal will receive a warning point

  • My Brother did it does not work here, Do not even bother using that excuse.

  • We are unable to unban anyone who has been unbanned with the reason "GameHack #38"

  • Any requests that have an admin response but the player hasn't responded after 2 days will be closed and if the player returns at a later date a new request linking the old one needs to be opened.

I realise. I sat my whole sunday at a computer waiting for a response. Seeing a admin viewing it then leaving straight away. My whole sunday has just been wasted. I know you guys are more than likely busy but if I didn't care about the server I wouldn't be sat here waiting to be unbanned. I sent you that 2 hours in. Its now 11PM and i'm still here.. 

Can't blame someone for trying to go on something they enjoy on the last day of the weekend.

@Wilco Well mainly the trolling aspect. As I said it was around 3am so I was looking for something to do. My mindset at the time was to get some attention which I recieved. Shortly after I also recieved a ban making me aware that I should've stopped and just came off before it got taken too far. Also reducing the influnces of people around me would stop this too.

After getting a ban and watching the dispute a ban posts. Watching how many people get banned just made me think more about RP'ing and less about trying to breach rules and get away with it. Looking at other reports and looking at the community also changed my mindset..

So whats to stop you going into this mindset again at 3am in the morning ?.... 

Not sure i want you on the servers if you might just do this again, Your potentially a waste of our time.

@Wilco I won't do it again. What I meant was I wasn't my usual RP'ing self. After realising how much I like the community and just seeing some of the players. It made me think more about the RP and totally blocked out the thought of trolling. After having the time to think about it I reflected on what I need to do to improve. However Altis life use to be fun going in cars with friends and having a laugh. But now I realise its more about the running around meeting new people and getting through tough events that make the game seem more of a serious matter rather than a joke.

Also I've waited for a long time with the appeal. I've been on the forums actively since the day I posted it. I wouldn't do that if I was intentionally trying to harm the community in anyway. I actually enjoy your server and the large UK player base makes it even better. After recieving the ban it made me more aware on what i'm missing out on..
