Time & Date this happened: 5/11/2014 1pm Eastern
Description of what happened: Roma just finished robbing me at the RBA bank, then he ran out the back door. There was a bounty hunter right outside so he chased after him and tazed him. The moment Roma was tazed he combat logged.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No. Roma likes to RDM, I just don't have any video of it to report him for that. But now I have this screenshot of him combat logging, so I'll report him for combat logging until I can get some video of him RDM'n.
