Full Description:
As can be seen in the footage provided there is a bug with the rear lights. It is adding a light source glare on the outside of the rear lights/boot trim. Same happens once you go into reverse.

The other bug which can also be seen withing the clip is that this car is ment to be a heavy vehicle but instantly wheelspins at any kind of movement. This is also a stock vehicle so no reason for it to act that way.
