Rolls Royce Cullinan Paintwork

The Rolls Royce Cullinan paintwork seems to have a slight texture to it and is clearly seen when painted in white and other bright colors such as blue, pink etc, i am wondering if this is a bug or if there's anything that can be done about this, Thanks
