Roli Medic VDM and stolen medic car

Description of what happened: This person VDM'd me multiple time deliberately as we were walking away from a job. After vdm'ing us multiple times he then stole our medic SUV.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3A) VDM, 3M) NHS Medic's
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes i asked him 2 times on side chat to go to nhs teamspeak channel

Did not manage to record him driving off with car as i stoped recording after the VDM.

I am replying as I was a witness at the time and the Medic who took out Finley Smith at the time as well. I can confirm that Finley was VDMed multiple times, then after that Roli fled from the scene in his SUV, but I was chasing him in my NHS SUV at that time. The chase lasted 1 min until he crashed into a wall where I went out to talk to him and then he just hopped in the NHS SUV and drove off. After the incident I can confirm that Finley did request Roli to come on teamspeak twice in sidechat, but he didn't reply.
