i stole heli with 1 rebal in side ... i land i get out from the heli and i said him " out from the heli and hands up or i will kill you " he get out and spray me ...

its alowed??

Technically yes it is allowed because you have threathened his life by saying "or I will kill you".

But don't do such things like steal a heli with a rebel inside because of course it will not end good.
