Description of what happened:
After stealing my car I locked him in, after multiple VDM attempts, I found him crashed into the wall with his friend Christian he combat logged right in front
of me. Highly likely that him and Christian were working together.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:

Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Checked TS to find if he was on but no luck

I was the player Robin Hood, i did not combat log, i had no gear or anything on me at all and my Arma just crashed as you can see in the chat, i said my BattleEye was not responding and got kicked off. I have that several times a day with no fix. After that i went right to bed, why? Because it was simply very late here and i was very tired 04:30+1 in the morning. For VDM'ing i did not do that on purpose. We were streaming also and we have recordings http://www.twitch.tv/carbonfiber01 and had shadowplay running.

And yes i was in Teamspeak for around 5 minutes after my Arma crashed, but it seemed like you could not find me or did not look at all/ made no effort. If you wish to resolve this as a gentleman contact me here or at team speak or at steam. I find the scumbag tag quit vulgar also which is obviously aimed at me, and it is against the rules to swear even though it is not in-game.

You've simply linked your channel no any form of evidence, the Vdming was intentional you reversed over me and then pursued me and ran me down at the vehicle, either you are blind or have a strange way of seeing things, you clearly reversed TWICE into me, the second time I was even retreating in to the corner.

I'm pretty sure I told you in side chat that those things were not allowed.

The scumbag tag was a bit of banter, I will remove it if it offends you as such.

I do not have any possession over the recordings, another person has those who is currently not here,anyway.... The purpose of showing you the link is to tell you that there are recordings of you also. I did not purposelessly VDM'ed you, as i had no reason to and i could not even see you, as seen in the video you were hiding in the bushes.

"I'm pretty sure I told you in side chat that those things were not allowed." This means you are not sure... you have to be 100% positive and you are clearly not. I cannot recall at all. And why did you not contact me in TS?

If i'm not wrong this was the moment you realised you were locked in and decided to set the car up for you friend so he could shoot me from the back which is quite counter productive if you're trying to get out a locked vehicle.

by all means present your evidence, also try to include that part where your friend was shooting me out the back of the car, It will help in my report against him :)

Yes i have hit you with my car it clearly shows in the video, but i did not do it on purpose. There is no point in doing it since you were a poor guy in-game anyway and it is against the rules. I mean i have been runned down many times, i do not make a big deal out of it you get up and move on. He said drive away, drive away.

And why do u keep ignoring my question in terms of contacting me on TS. You clearly did not, another false piece of information given in your report. You clearly did not try to resolve anything. And for the other piece of video i have to seen when he is online. Currently not right now since both of us have a busy life outside of this world with girlfriends, wife's, children and work.
