Description of what happened: My teammate found ifrit in kavala what was unlocked so he took it and then he did pick me and and after we started driving to chop shop and without any rp we were getting shot at and finally I did get killed. 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: After the incident I tried to contact him ingame but I didnt get any answer and when I tried to contact again he was offline. After that I tried to found him in teamspeak but he was not there.

For that i am deeply sorry il explain what happent

So i was in Kav wiht the ifrit, and there a group of civs no tags that were for that day RDMing,VDMing,bodygiliching enz ... i got out my ifrit to deal wiht this person that was VDMing in a tempest over and over a TKC member was helping me wiht this and when i got out i got tazed by a cop -_- anyway, my group Gc deals wiht the cops and gets me out of the cuffs. When at that point i just get shot in the head by a civ. (RDM) So what i do is ask if someone got that rec and respan to find out who this was i hear of the group members that the ifrit was stolen in the proses -_- . i took some gear i went afhter it asuming that that wear the players that RDM me. my group said he  was going to agios so i when there and spottet my ifrit and was running to it and was about to ask it back but befour i got there you chop shop it,at that point i lost alot ... and was mad and shot you but i thouht you guys were the ones that RDM me and some ahter members of Gc am sry and have no problem to comp what so ever.

i just think it would be nice if you could talk to me on ts befour you report me on the forums it was a mistake that i made and am sry for that. i did not see the msg on ts that you send me

After the incident pigletti did sent you a message ingame but you probably did logg out of the game so you didnt get the message. We tried to find you in ts too, but you were not there.

just want to point out that i ask some people and they say i did not even break any reuls by shooting you becaus you stole my car and i falowed you there but i think its bad RP of my part and thats why i wanne comp you gear

We don't care about money, end of the day its everything about roleplay. 

So Im asking you, how you can show to us that you wont break any rules if I let this one go?

I see that you got banned for stealing a vehicle in blue zone and this one is pretty serious rule breaking too. If you can convince to us that you wont break any rules I'll maybe let this go this time. 

As much I don't like your gang when they reports me without even hesitating, I believe that everybody of you are not the same, so I will give you a chance to make it up.

I know about the stolen ifrit was something i did rong and also the first time i did anything rong in a way of breaking a ruel anyway .

Any names? I'm still 100% sure that what you did was clear rdm.
