Robbing, low quality rp

Is it considered low quality rp if someone literally just walks up to you and says 'hands up or I'll shoot takes your stuff then shoots you anyway. Says nothing else but that. Seems a bit shitty to me. Might just be me though cause I don't like robbing people, never have never will. 

It's happened to me a few times now and it's a bit annoying.

It does sound slightly ‘shitty’ to me. From the way you have described the situation I personally would class it as RDM / Low quality role play. However, each situation is unique, for this reason if you believe a player has violated one of the rules you can place up a player report if you have valid evidence.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

If they end up killing you you can always see their name, if they have a mask you can always try to communicate via // AFTER the situation.
