Robbing Housing

Hi, Just curious if you can Rob houses on this server?

I was buying Bolt Cutters ingame, however they kept despawning in my backpack.

Do you need a special requirement?

You can rob houses.

Bolt cutters despawn at rs if its in your inventory.

They were despawning about a min after buying them or less. there was no restart etc. so lost 2 boltcutters without using them :/ wondered if was a glitch
