Rly :D banned after 10min without any reason ?

If you goto http://stats.altislife.co.uk/index.php
Then you can lookup your stats page and there is normally a note to why you got banned. Or if you try and rejoin the game it will give you the name of the person that banned you and why. Once you have that information you can make an appeal here https://www.roleplay.co.uk/forms/2-/.
I would suggest looking at the rules and try to think back to what you were doing when you were last online. https://www.roleplay.co.uk/rules/
