Time & Date this happened: 11.10.14 Before 1400 UK Time.
 
Description of what happened: I was hunting him down for his bounty. I pulled up and he randomly shot me.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, he said i'm a bountyhunter and he can shoot me all he likes. He also commented "this is why people your age shouldn't play video games".

Bounty hunters.... so much trouble...

90% of bounty hunters wont RP correctly. it's meta-gamed, and ZERO chance of roleplaying your way out.. I'm not surprised some of them are shooting you instantly... you should play with more caution, however, he could of warned you first....

I had a bounty hunter drag a guy from kavala, all the way to the police HQ, without saying a word, then throwing him in jail.......

anyway, back on track, awaiting Defence statement/Admin Decision.
