Description of what happened: I was doing weed and then he just shot me.... no RP was initiated.
(As you can see i pulled out my gun because shots was fired.)
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
 
It could be awesome that you put there the full video not only 40second video. I'd love it if you could put the full video  where you see the first bullet what was shot by you. After that we started shooting back to you when you was chasing one of our guys. You hear the shooting before I kill you and it came from when my friends was shooting at the guy who was chasing my friend.

edit. Im just disappointed that you didnt even try to solve this out before posting a report. 

 
We had one guy there down at weed processor about to initiate rp but then we heard shot and it looked like one of them was chasing our guy who was running away so we took action

 
listen, you failed RP. You did start shooting at N.L.A and us. I was processing weed when I heard you guys shooting. I then pulled out my gun in case you would try to kill me. After that i then went out to my truck to start processing again. When i got out to my truck you just shot me without RP. N.L.A says the same. You RDM'ed N.L.A and me. And as you can see a take out my gun but i was not shooting at any time.
In the video that i posted as evidence can you actually hear you guys starting to shoot at us but no RP was initiated!
In fact this is the second time you RDM me. you did it yesterday too but i have no evidence.

Fail rp, wow. We were not the guys who shot first. We had guy there for initiating rp but someone of you shot and he started to run away. Why there is not even that part when our guy was at weed processing and there is not even the shot in the video what you guys shot. If we wanted to rdm you why we had one of our guys in weed processing?

Can you please upload whole video where we all can see that you shot at us first. 40second video cannot proof anything what happened there.

Like I said we surrounded the place, we had one guy there at weed processing to initiate rp, one of you guys open fire, our guy started to run away and one of you was running after him. When we realized that we did take action, my teammates started to shoot  at the guy who was near treeline because he was chasing our guy.

The rp was very very poor I can admit that, but you cant blame us when you fire your gun first before we can even start rp.

I am sorry but i dont have the whole video. When you RDM'ed me i just saved the last 40 sec of my gameplay.
The pic that you uploaded is a pic of me at my truck just before you RDM'ed me..... Like 1-2 seconds before...

 
Sounds like GC Phalanx is talking about what to write in a report and make some stuff up.

I dont know who was the guy who shot at out guy and in my perspective you were working together because you came there at the same time and when someone of you shot at my friend and my friend started to run away and there was one rebel chasing him we started shooting back and they were shooting at the guy who was near treeline and before they killed him you guys came out of weed processing gun on your hands so I took you out.

We had guy there for engaging the rp but everything changed when we heard the gun shot and saw someone running after our teammate.

No, in fact, let me tell you what happened:

Me and two others, robbed someone, who then came to our teamspeak to show us the video, I heard our voice when he was de syncing after the shots were fired and was telling him what might have happened as our voices came after the shots and he was de syncing, everything was sorted out and he happened to have been in the same ts room when this happened, he was comped after this and everything was sorted, so no, these allegations are not true, it was me talking to someone to comp them over a client side issue which ended well and maturely.

No "Trying to get around a report" or "making stuff up", we comped, and the story ended at that.

Oh, and sorry for posting here, but Vladic brought me into question on this report, I wasn't involved btw!
