Description of what happened:
Me and my companion tried to rob a HEMTT, it ran, so we shot at it's wheels. Gun fight broke out with unrelated party. RICK comes barreling down the street, runs me over with his truck then shoots me just as my body recovers from being run over.
What Rule Was Broken ?:

[SIZE=medium]Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban) [/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]However using the following vehicles to immobilise each other (eg. Hunter VS Ifrit or Strider VS Ifrit etc) is permitted in roleplay for whitelisted factions or people in ownership of a rebel membership - Hunter/Strider/Ifrit[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
His pal (DARK KNIGHT something) said RICK drove me over because I was firing at him. My gangfriend fired at him (DARK KNIGHT) after they opened fire, and in any case, it still fits the description of the rule above.
They did not RP in any way unless DeclanGShore (who owned the HEMMT) is affiliated with them.
