Description of what happened:
we where chop shoping some hemmt's of guys we robbed and then i got back to unmc checkpoint because people told me there was someone shooting at them. when i arrived [Gc] Nathan got rdmed and then when i tried to open the bar gate to get into the bunker to take cover i got shot aswell.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:

for a start you was robbing my friend also i watching you for a long time whilst you were killing and robbing people so i decided to take action also if you trying to report me you need to tel your ifrit driver to stop attempting to vdming me as i was fighting you guys

no he didn't, I even asked him 'is the guy attacking us in your gang?' and he said no.

One thing i want to get cleared!

If there is a gunfight, and you make your way to the fight! Shouldt that be an RP active zone? And unless you are a hobo (not loting anything!) that means you allso is in the fight?

This is maby for the killed guy a clear RDM, but to the one that shoot you a clear hostile action from the dead.

And to the TS, you may think of using metagaming less!

 
Blackjacks video is a clear RDM for me.

But first video, not so much. ;)

there was no gunfight at all when we arrived at the scene. and how could you know i was with the gang? looks like metagaming then since ur friend didnt see me or spoke to me once. i was observating in a chopper all the time. i picked up the hemmt box when ur friend got killed.

 
(I should stay out of this post, but I post this as a "heads-up" for both parts.)

 Iam playing no part in nothing here, i was just stating some thought that i have. So i wasnt there, know noone who where and etc etc.

If it is your movie, the top one. You can clearly hear gunshots when you are outside the bunker. Then you decided to go in there!

If you where in a gunfight and someone else where doing the same thing as you in this movie. Wouldent you consider that as a hostile move?
