Description of what happened: As you can see in the screenshot, I ticketed him 40,000k because he was wanted. He then Combat logged. You can see this in side chat
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Combat Logging
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Would've but he wasn't in game or on TS3
