Description of what happened:
So I found this man at the weed field with a SUV, transporting him back to HQ to be processed, but then he ejected the car and died. This is another reason why new players should be teached to read the rules, read my suggestion about this here:
I know this is not enough evidence, but just want to make a point and scare the person, so he doesn't do this again.
