Hellcat's also can't be chop-shopped, definitely worth the purchase!

it just deters me slightly that its 4 times the price of the orca and the orca holds more passengers.
also i'm happy the retrieval fees are low, personally i want them to stay that way xD, don't wanna pay 50k everytime i wanna bring out my heli
