Is tre restrain glitch meant to be there?

Really bad job describing it.

The you get unrestrained after a police officer dies? Yes

But if there are other police officers there you're supposed to put up ur hands and wait.

Anything else is as you said glitching and banable.

If you exceed the time limit of being restrained, your restraints will come off, yes. But you can't just run away after it auto lets you go as this can be classed as Glitching - what you are meant to do is when you get auto unrestrained, you put your hands back up and wait for someone to restrain you again. Obviously, if you have been waiting 10 minutes and no one comes, then I say you MSG an Admin and then go about your daily business.
