How do I get a black orca, I've seen people with them but you can't get black at respray

I am not 100 percent however I might be a colour that was previously sold however is no longer.

I would like to follow on from this; i can confirm a red/black schemed orca that belonged to Mr. Xiao was automatically changed to a wholly black skin last week on the map update. If you were to buy the orca with the red color scheme that would be your best bet?
