Description of what happened:
CI JohnJoeEgan and I were on normal patrol wondering what an SPC and a PC was doing in a small town in the middle of nowhere. We notice 2 officers being chased around by 2 people and I make a call to all units about a hostage being taken in Alikampos. We then hear a call come from KV1 that they were just "raped" in that town. I then proceed to restrain a man who was seen at the area and where shots were fired in the area (not from the police). At this point, I hear that a few armed rebels have appeared with rifles on hills which is where I and others take cover preparing for a gunfight. No communication was made between Bellyke and I about any compliance or any roleplay.

I'd also like an admin to talk to the EXP gang as per their supposed rape roleplay. In my personal opinion the roleplay of rape is unacceptable in my eyes and should not be allowed as there are people who play on this server who are under the age of 18 and some even under 16 (the age of consent in the UK) who may not understand what rape is. Had someone in that roleplay session been raped in real life, they may not have found it very nice and disappear from the community altogether.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Spoke to him in liason room, 3 mentors were present. I was quite irate and was moved out of the channel half way through due to my excessive swearing.

My shadowplay caught 1 video and my Bandicam caught another (Yes I use 2 recording softwares). Please bear in mind that at approx 2:52 in the shadow play video there is a break in the video. Please do not mistake this as editing, the second recording shows that no foul play is at work although there is no microphone being recorded in the video.

I would like to TAGG rock as he was the hostage and as rock was higherst rank there , and i wanne tagg jeffrey as leader of EXP as this report involved either EXP as gazalad stated ( I'd also like an admin to talk to the EXP gang as per their supposed rape roleplay. “Before all you guys arrived we were having some fun with the police officers at the beginning. We restrained each other the police stole our cars and it was all for fun @Samatlewis @Lewis. Rocky in the video who you restrained told you guys a couple of time to unrestrain him and just talk. You didn’t do this, he warned you that bad thing might happen if you don’t unrestrain him, you still didn’t comply and he gave you some more warning and still nothing. Other than that I said Officer release that man or we will engage you.

You can’t hear me speaking in game either due to lag or the loud TeamSpeak. We have spoken in TeamSpeak and never was anything mentioned of breaking any rules besides the fact that we EXP likes to shoot you guys (Police). You indeed were moved out of the channel because of your excessive swearing which in my eyes show a lack of resolving disputes from your side.

About the so called raping part and this is important because this will give us as a gang a bad name. This was again us having fun slapping the officers ass and this happened between everyone at the scene there involving the cops calling the so called rape in. I honestly don't appreciate the fact that you mentioned the rape in this report since you were not there and there was absolutely no rape involved besides slapping each others asses and just having some fun.”

I'd like to address your video named "counter evidence" firstly. If you'd be so kind as to refer to time stamp 2:04 in that video and timestamp 4.15 in "Recording 2", you'll notice at that approximate point that the 2 recordings begin to sync. Watch the previous 30 seconds (1:36 and 3:35 respectively) of both videos and it seems you'll see that you will hear no such communication between Bellyke and I. Therefore either at that point, Bellyke's Microphone was either not working or voice communication was not effective at that range. You may notice that in-game my microphone is a little quiet although Rockatansky can hear me quite clearly.

To me, your "counter evidence" video shows me what your gang was solely interested in, and needless to say it was not quality roleplay. There was merely 1 person restrained at that time and it was not as if we were about to execute him or send him directly to jail. You should know as an ex-officer that we have to speak to said person and detemine what went on before ticketing him or sending him to prison. In my eyes, your sole aim was to get 1 man out of restraints because you felt that it was an act of war. There was no need for it.

The whole situation could have been sorted via your gang putting their guns in their backpacks and running up to me unarmed and quering me about why the man was restrained, there was no need for any shooting, at all.

I'd like to also note that in your video you state "Rock, I'm going to kill 1 cop as an example" (Timestamp 1:44).

In your statement (see above comment made by [EXP] SPC. Jeffrey), you state

This is incorrect as JohnJoeEgan and I stated that you had given no compliance to me during the conversation had in the liason room with a non-police mentor ([Nathan] ArrogantBread) present as well. You stated that you had given compliance.

The second part of this reply will concentrate on the roleplay before the situation above.

In your statement above you note

I'd like you to take note of timestamp 0:19 on Recording 2. At this time, someone from the roleplay situation states "Get on your knees" and after a few seconds someone states something along the lines of "How can I get on my knees [inaudible] cops [inaudible]". You can also hear and see in sidechat during the video that the officers involved considered it to be rape. Both parties may have had fun in roleplaying such things but had a 3rd party been involved and recorded such things, what kind of image would that be giving out to the public about the type of roleplay on the server?

You also state that you were merely "slapping each others asses and just having some fun". You may see it like that but others may not. Had you been doing this to an anonymous hobo who may or may not have had experience with rape and who had just joined the server the consequences of such roleplay would be insurmountable.

Please don't misunderstand the report against the EXP gang, I have only asked an admin to talk to you about such roleplay. I am not looking for a blanket ban over a single roleplay situation which could have been greatly improved.

Finally, the use of the tidle key was mentioned above. The rule 4C states:

In both videos you can see that I have only used it once, and only to determine who the man in restraints was incase of any communications between you and the gang as his identity was "unknown" to me. The tidle key was not used in anyway to powergame, metagame, or in any way to break any other rules.

I'd like to revoke the RDM report against [EXP] Min.Bellyke personally. It was resolved through Teamspeak.

Although, I would still like an admin to talk to the EXP gang as to their roleplay and what types of roleplay are appropriate and inappropriate.

I would also like confirmation from an admin stating that innappropriate / poor quality roleplay is a bannable offense.
