Description of what happened: We was in a pursuit of a HEMMT BOX all around athira which failed to stop, we tried to flank again, take some more shots and take out its tyres which we failed to do so, he then took the box to the garage stored it, he started screaming non-sense I then shot him as he failed to stop and hand it over.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Breaking roleplay.

If I may say something here, in such case, where should I leave my hemtt box? Probably nowhere is safe, If I would leave it on the police compound, It might get anyway stolen(rebels/robbers will take it with an excuse, that the RP situation already started before they got there). I would leave my truck on the police compound(blue zone) & would store it later. But, If I would drive around in Athira, someone shoots at me(no words used - no RP), most certainly he would not get the right to take my truck out of the blue zone or in other words, I'm still allowed to store my truck.

In this case, warnings(verbal) were issued to the driver of that hemtt box truck, meaning he is not allowed to store his truck. But when is it then allowed? Like after 5 minutes & If I wasn't engaged in that time? What If I see no one, hear no one around anymore?

In this case, the driver shouldn't had stored his truck, but I don't hear anything, that would sound like breaking RP, that angry civilian/driver sounds to be RP'ing still, IMO, but who knows - only him

We was chasing this hemmt box around athira for a good 15minutes, we told him to stop, we put several shots into it without trying to kill the driver in the first place, then he decided to drive it to the garage and store it.
