Description of what happened: Frankie and me were robbing the Iron/Copper Trader after we ordered them to get on the ground when Tuncay embarked his Tempest (Device) and started to run me over all the time, he didnt said a single word and just started to drive in circles.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Roleplay
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Tried it while it happened but got no respond.

I think you tried to steal his money. He just wanted to escape from you. Think, in real life you do that. So i guess he roleplayed very well. He was selfdefending. He isn't armed and he didn't want to be robbed. Thank you.

I think that it is FailRP if you dont get on the ground when somebody is pointing a gun at you, then embarks a tempest and starts to run you over.

3E) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice

There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice.

For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban)

Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

By saying that he is not roleplaying in direct chat and that you are going to report him..

If everyone could please refrain from posting on this topic unless mentor/moderator/admin as the user has came to me and I'll be discussing the ban with him. I will be helping the user reply with the correct grammar etc, not great at English.

 I wasn't aware of the server rules and for this I apologise. I have now read the rules and I am now aware that running people over is against server rules, even if it is to defend myself in these situations. I would please like the admin to look at the video of where the reporting person @TastyAutopsy breaks roleplay to say he will be.Thankyou for reading. Tuncay

Could an admin please close this topic, because i appreciate the apologize and i hope Tuncay understood that VDM is a banable reason, i also apologize for my "I will  report you" i wasnt aware of that rule.
