Description of what happened: We have arrested [Gc] Sparkles (restrained before by Frisky Hen) and we have moved ifrit to Kavala HQ. Then [Gc] Robin arrived and he has stolen the ifrit from blue zone due to this fact police officers left the blue zone and we got ambushed (Frisky Hen died) and I have killed [Gc] Robin then I waited 3 minutes and I decided to scrap the ifrit but [Gc] Sparkles glitched out of restrain and he jumped in the ifrit I tried to stop him but I was shot dead.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: [Gc] Robin- 6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban),

  3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:
 

Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)

bearing in mind admins i never glitched restrains there is no evidence of that i never broke a single rule there. i got let go and a message came up on my screen about 15 minutes has expired or something and got released and i did not know what to do so i ran off out of the blue zone and got in the ifrit. and you ran infront of the ifrit.

Form my part is that i shot the ifrit and followed you in the bleu zone to take MY ifrit i did not steal anything so trie to get away no ruels were broken

it was own by Mash but i had key aswel and i was using it the hole day and was taking care of it like it was me own . i followed you in the blue zone as i was chasing you, what you stole of me in the first place and sins I have they key i took it back. You tell me a rp reason why that would not be posseble i can take my own car out of the bleu zone. 

A mentor came in the channel and told you aswel i did not steel and i thoug we talk it out and that you understanded it all, but still reported us that is something i dont understand.

So the Ifrit was not yours. It has not been "stolen" from you because I has never been your property. Police do not steal, police confiscate but in the fact this is about POV. And now one RP reason: Police station is allways full of police officers who are not in terrain. And now one non RP reason: It is in the server rules. And the mentor said that he would do the  same thing but he had never said that it is allowed by server rules. And reason why you are reported is that we have not found any solution. We were only talking about that If serever rules were broken.

I am not involved but just wanted to point out you tried meta gaming at 1:27 also you cut the video making it unclear to see what happens so who knows what happened between the cut...

You were not involved and I cant see any try of metagaming. The reason why is the video like that is simple. I use fraps to record so every time I want to record I have to start and stop recording. After he run away I was not expecting ambush so I have stopped recording after someone said put your hands up I have started recording again.

I see this as a serious breaking of Roleplay.

It's a police station... use some roleplay-sense. As @TinyBigJacko says, Roleplay the HQ as a HQ. Lots of officers on break, gearing up, security. Not a place you should be messing about in.

Also a warning to @Sparkles, fine, the time ran out on your cuffs, did anyone let you go? no. Were you forgotten? no. were you in a police HQ which the above RP would apply to? Yes.... 

Next time, hands on head, you're more likely to get co-operation for co-operating outside of the game mechanics.
