Please (in detail) describe the incident: Person identified via ANPR rammed into a scene and tried to play it off as having a "headache" then said they would have to headpop in order to clip their bodycam. RP wasnt the best from Zycho tried to make it interesting with Matthew Treed however Zycho wasnt having any of it
