We were going to ticket a fella for doing way over speeds of 300km, he had a very poor attitude so a decided to give him a ticket for it, he eventually put his hands on his head said he was new to Arma and just straight up logged off, you can see on the bottom right "Zoth disconnected". Yes i was very angry cause shit like this was happening all day to us and i'd had enough xD

The Incident actually starts at 1:10.  I am only commenting as i am the officer involved.,

Looks like you chaps are having a run of bad luck.

This wasn't combat logging. As you can see from your own video:

Zoth was kicked from the game.

He will however receive a warning on his account for breaking RP.
