I saw a guy hopping into "my" car, initiated on him but killed him because he didn't stop. I then run all the way over to the car to reclaim it while talking to some random. I get in the car and just get out the check the dead guys body, and then I get killed by the guy that was pretending to be friendly just a few seconds before. I got no initiation of any sorts (except a quick "STOP" and no time to react).

I asked him to come ts, I wasn't looking for comp, I just wanted to have a talk with him but he refused and claimed that the guy I killed was his gang member. There was no way to tell that they were in the same gang, they didn't talk from what I saw, didn't wear the same clothes.
Ontop of that he acted all friendly and then just killed me without saying anything indicating that it was his friend. (And judging by the stats-page they aren't even in the same gang ingame)
I talked to Samatlewis in TS, which in turn talked to Ram; both said that it was RDM.

I didnt join to talk to you because I had the impression it was over and you didnt make a big deal out of it. Yes I should of gave more time to react but by the time I started shouting you was already with your gun out and turning. Yes I did shout Stop and yes the person you killed earlier was apart of the Gang im in. and Yes at the time of you killing him I witnessed it all. If your not after comp why report it and tbh you wasnt being salty in Chat so thats another reason why I never bothered talking to you. If you want comp I will im not bothered about that but reporting for such a small issue really feels like a waist of time for everyone. Sorry for killing you.

After reviewing the evidence multiple times, I have come to a Conclusion.

Zizzle:

You broke RP 3 times in the video, plus the poor Roleplay at the end. You didnt even give the guy time to comply, that was just RP we dont accept around here.
