He asked me if he can respawn and I said NO because he was still in roleplay. He ignored that telling me if I'm sure and he respawned.

Respawning when you're down on the ground is a bit of a d*ck move, but technically allowed. I don't like it, but it's a game mechanic we have.

However:

Neither of you did this, discussing "respawning" and "role-play" during RP.

Remus, you've already been banned for RDM, and it's clear from the other notes on your record that you really haven't read the rules, so I'm going to be adding this to your notes so that if you do submit an unban appeal, you will be thoroughly questioned on the rules. Also, as a bonus note: please enter the time correctly in the box so that I can find the player you're reporting more easily. I don't appreciate having to trawl through all the "Zac"s that have ever been on our server to try and find the one that was on at the same time as you!

Zac, you were also breaking character. I would usually just let you off with a warning, but your side chat messages make it very clear that you've "read the rules", so you can have a timeout to properly read the rules.
