I was driving to Kavala when someone stopped me on the road. I got out and he told me to put my hands up to which i asked how and he told me shift J then i complied. his mates pulled up and got out there car. i was trying to roleplay but they knocked me out and robbed me to witch was fine so far. my man got up (then i started recording) and was stuck in seen animation on the video. I went to press shift J to put my hands back up from coming out of that knock out animation but before i had the chance to i got shot in the head. they straight up KOSed me. no talking to me only when he said to put my hands up.To me this was by far the worst poor roleplay i have ever come across. They had no reason to kill me. I think all they wanted was my car and could of took peacefully. I complied and i know i spelt it wrong in game but i kinda knew they were going to kill me. I was talking to them but for some reason my mic wont work in the recording, but it does in game i can prove that if needed. might be a nvidia gforce setting. People like these 3 ruin RP on this server and should not be on it.

Hello!

My name is Olaf, both on the forum and in game. I am commenting on this clarify how the situation happened and i speak for Zac as well.

I was driving with my friends, they were in one offroad and I was in another. They had started driving from Aggrichori Fuel and towards Agios. As I was pulling out of the gas station they were shouting that a car was coming and told me to stop him and I did. I told him to get out of the car and put his hands behind his head. I did not get a response for 3 seconds, I repeated the message once more (and included that i would shoot to kill if he did not comply). Then he asked me how to put his hands up. At that point my friends arrived and were shouting at him to put his hands behind his head, and i told him how to do it (in the sense of "if your mind is a keyboard...").
After this we robbed him, and knocked him out. Then we proceeded to ask him if he had any final words. We did this so that he had a chance to talk us out of killing him or for some fun roleplay. When he didnt respond for several seconds we assumed he was not going to respond, so we fired. Right after this is where the recording starts. He was stuck in the knocked animation so we could not kill him and decided to move the SUV so he did not fall under it or bugged out in it. When he then came out of the animation and we still had not heard anything, we decided to shoot. This is where he dies and we ran off seeing as we knew there were cops in the area.

 Now, in writing this, Zac informs me that it is more acceptable on this server to use "Shift your joints". This i did not know and have not seen in the rules. I apologize if my way is not the standard way to do it.
In addition, i can explain my self verbally to you (in teamspeak or discord) if you would like to. Just tell me if you would like to. I will not be on the entire day, so i will be able to when i am (depending on what i do).

Listen. you guys were shooting me before you said anything. My roleplaying in that situation was scared for my life i was trying to value my own life and i was talking back to you.. you were all hell bent on killing me clearly.. cause you guys shot me.. and not left me to get NHS help you also executed me. your role play was the worst i have seen.  I was 100% following your demands and you killed me.. without due action by staff here you will most likely do it again or already have done.  Also you cant just say to someone * any last words* that implies you think you can just kill them. ROLE PLAY have you heard of it? I was going somewhere i was doing something and you and your pals ruined my roleplay for what? Please read all this in a nice voice cause things can be read out of context. Please if you do have a video of your POV please show it . so that it proves i am right .. Thanks

But, this is only a 44 seconds video. It does not show alot.
Have you got abit more video of the incident ?
 

Please give as much detail as possible along with video/screenshot evidence so we can make the correct judgement. Any evidence provided must show context of the situation, therefore it is advised  to supply 2-3 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs.

Now i want to make this clear already now, You can be executed even if you are complying. It is apart of the RP. The ruleset we have for this that it needs to be done with high quality roleplay. (7.1.3)
But again, a longer video would give us abit more context so we can have a look at the situation beforehand to then make a judgement.

Hey, Its fine i know you lot are busy. Also no when i record i do it from pressing record and not shadow play. If you think there is not enough evidence thats fine im over it. But still it was RDM. I have asked them to provide video evidence from them selfs but no reply. I do need to set up my shadow play tho as i got VDMed the other day and has 0 evidence.As for this report, i will be happy to what you wish to do with it. it's up to you Thanks for your time.

I have not replyed because there is no need for it. What recordings i have, this situation is not included. Mainly because i often forget to save clips and i am not that bothered when (for example) an hacker blows me up. So i use Shadowplay when i remember to, sorry that i could not provide my side of the story in a video format.

If this particular situation bothered you that much Jessi i can compensate you twice of what you had. I have no problem with it. Just virtual items at the end of the day. As for Shadowplay you should get it, makes life very easy. I am not good with that stuff so i cant help you. I guess Youtube is the best alternative
