Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and Phoenix where on patrol, while going through Athira we saw a white-and-blue hummingbird, as it was landed illegally we went to question 2 nearby people, one whom had fell out of the helicopter and was downed and the other who had got out once it has landed, we did a PNC on the hummingbird and it came back as owned by a 'yungnut' i then proceeded to do a PNC on 'yungnut' and he came back as wanted for one account of murder, a few seconds after i had told this information to phoenix we took shots, i died and phoenix went onto detain the man. later on the man alt-F4d while phoenix was giving me medical aid therefor i couldn't resolve anything with the person.
