Me and other gang members were at rebel outpost I was in the menu and although in the video you can hear them initiate I could not hear them due to a technical issue on the server. I was in the cash point when he killed me and you can see me try to press cancel but it wont let me so I put the money away and it let me I don't Care if I lose the £190000 as it was a glitch I will gladly hand it over to an admin as I do not want money that could end up with me in a ban. It then allowed me to leave the cashpoint and I could then talk and you hear me say "What was that for?" he then reply's and says something within the lines of "I gave you ten seconds" you can clearly hear him initiate twice in the video, again I don't know why me and my mate could not hear him. with both initiations he counted up to ten and when he kills me you hear him get to 5 and then say sorry and kill me. After this we got him in TS and he did not want to listen and left to go to staff support where he admitted to JEVFK. V (SORRY FOR SPELLING) that he did count he then left when the admin stated said that he could not do anything and left. the rules that I believe he broke were: (2.2) RDM. At the beginning I did not want any ban to happen but due to the pure lack of respect and the fact that he would not allow us to explain without leaving TS has lead me to believe that this should result in a ban if not a strong warning. The incident happens about 1.5 mind before the end of the video. thanks a lot, Niall. If the admin above could confirm this I believe it would be helpful in the situation.

I then turned up after my gang members were shot & was told to put my hands on my head & shot without him saying anything else than "Hands on your head - Hands on your head now".(Terrible RP IMO) I then called him to TS as it had resulted in 3 of us being RDMed where he had a foul attitude & did not understand what rules he had broken(and refused to listen to us). He then abruptly just left & went up to Staff Lobby to try and get clarification on what we had said. When I went up to the staff lobby he proceeded to say:

How sad I am for playing on this & "taking it so seriously" - showing he had no care for the rules

I am a moany little kid who should just leave xyz. He seemed to be a very toxic player who honestly seemed to not care about his place in this community. I will upload by footage if also required/wanted tomorrow evening when I will have access to the computer the footage is on.

@yourboywaves_ The interaction shown in the video between yourself and the Oblivion players was not high quality RP, far from it. We do not condone countdowns as high quality. You also decided to shoot @Simon Ross with a simple "Hands up now", once again, no sort of quality RP had occured before you pulled the trigger.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

@nialldixon It's clearly nothing to do with a technical issue on the server if you can hear them just fine when you save the recording. Perhaps you simply didn't have your game volume at a high enough level to hear? I'm interested as to why you even made the attempt to store the money, there would normally be no way you'd be able to do so if you were downed so by doing so in the video provided you're demonstrating you exploiting. It seems to be that you only deposited money so that you were able to close the GUI so I will let this slip with a warning. Be careful in the future.

(2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of its intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows,and locking doors that have been broken into before 10 minutes have passed, IE those that have been bolt-cut. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not be abused in the future.
