Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was running up to the main drag of Kavalla. As I approach the main road I see someone on a quad bike who clearly tried to VDM me. I'm honestly tired of random hobos doing this so decided to wait to see if he did deliberately try by standing still. He then deliberately VDMs me. I then spend some time trying to get him to come to TeamSpeak to explain his actions. However he ignored repeated attempts to speak to me.
This was also witness by PCSO Chev Chelios and several other people.
As I say I'm tired of this sort of thing. I want to help make the server more fun to play on which is the reason I have spent the time to write this report (and took the time to try to resolve on TS and tell him about the rules he was breaking).
