Please (in detail) describe the incident
PC John Woll and PCSO Irish stumble across a hobo in Kavala while on patrol, we find a hobo lockpicking a car in a greenzone whilst glitching inside, then he proceeds to VDM us and other cops on a chase when he gets stopped he runs away after we shot rubbers at him he used a glitch to lay down on the ground while cuffed and asked to "die" this is a FailRP aswell then he hopped out the car while cuffed this is a perma ban in my book.
Sadly because of ShadowPlay it took a while before it saved to my documents so that's the reason why I was able to send it in today.
