ok so i have 2 different encounters with this guy both bad experiences , i have a few vids of when i arrested this guy which i will link at the bottom but let me first explain myself .
so i seen this guy in kavala market blocking the road so i go over and ask him to move his truck as its parked illegally so he gets in then gets out asking me where can he park it i told him in a carpark or at the hospitable just not to block the road . He then gets into his truck and starts heading off but stops and reverses into my car so i get in follow him till he stops he gets tasered as he didn comply , the pcso puts him in the car and at witch point Xtrem repeats over and over again "we are abusing a citizen " as i get in the car he is still repeating this i warn him multiple times to stop or id send him to jail at the Pd the is still very disruptive and typing notes saying if we don't let him go he will call a admin and also says a few times he is recording this . So i will link the vids here to let you guys look at them for your self .

1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDLpYgwz4Zw&t=168s this is the vid from last night i was called into help this guy apon arriving i try to rp with him and he completely ignores me and again interrupting rp telling everyone he is writing notes . he also again says he will call a admin at 4 min 13 sec .


now to explain why i have 2 different vids of this guy ,well as for the first set of vids when i arrested him as DGST Nevin i had brought them to staff and showed them how this guy was acting and he said well just keep hold of the vids and if you encounter this guy again and his rp hasn't changed then i could act on it . so i bump into him again and he just wont rp with me he is too busy typing notes to the arresting police and threatening to call an admin.

Hi there, Xtrem here.
I would like to start by firstly saying that it's a shame you didn't notify me of this report, would've been much more respectful if you contacted me about it or at the most least alerted me.

I would like to explain myself per situation and the reason of the roleplaying I was at.

The first situation
I don't recall what type of truck I had so i'll just go with truck.
I had my truck on the sideways of the road, it wasnt blocking the actual road. ( You can see here;https://gyazo.com/511877ef937e37fba6b2c30415b5a6a2 - Taken from your first video )
then you've came to me and asked me to move it, I nicely asked where may I move it so you won't be in my hair, you tell me and I enter the truck and start moving -  as we can see from at 2 minutes of your video  [[ https://youtu.be/ jLdVR6d8YjY?t=2m4s ]] After I start moving i get stuck in 1 of those small white pillars and  I come out to see what's making me stuck, on the side note; Understand that with this specific truck you can't see whats behind you because it's just too big on your screen even if you extend your view at third person. (Also calling you a dumb idiot is part of role-play if you got insulted by it personally you shouldn't) So as I was moving back and stopped and exit to see what's behind me, you approach me and threathen me that you will impound my truck obviously just having collected peaches at the time I got pissed that you are sticking to me, i enter the truck and start moving backwards without actually giving a damn who's behind me because you really insisted at the time for me to move it.

To clarify; From my point of view, I was just parked by the road, you ask me to move I tried to move, and I didn't actually see or hear that I've hit you, I had no intent on doing so and that's why I was so confused why you are arresting me and why you are so focused on me (don't know why you focused on me so much when you had a guy blocking your path and you didn't focus on him telling him to move or make an arrest on him) After that if you view the same video at 03:00 you make an arrest on me, obviously at that time I was confused as from my point of view I didn't know I actually hit you. so as an annoyed citizen I refused to obey to your requests and yelled at you, all obviously part of the role play - At times you will get either violent, annoying, loud citizens just to not make your day easy as a cop, no one likes cops. My character was spastic and after you actually refuse to tell me what I did and explain to me, you just straight forward wanted to arrest me without even trying to role-play to me and explain the situation calmly, you were too heated to arrest me and you can see that you just say " dont go near the truck or be tazed again " Obviously I wouldnt make your life easier when you refuse to tell me and actually listen ( I dont know what was your reason to act so strict like that)

After you proceed to take me to the police station, obviously not have known what I did (I think I was wanted at that time, I an not sure) I would think that you were just abusing me and I wanted an admin involved in the situation and I even asked to slip you a note at that time, after you say "I lost your note" or something like that refusing to actually sort things out the calm way and actually listen to me you just proceed to do what you want so obviously as a roleplaying citizen I will in no means make your life easy for the arrest as I already understood no matter what I say you wanted to arrest me and put me in jail, on top of that you didn't even try to roleplay to "calm" me down and say "We're just going to check some things" Anything to actually calm me down, you as officer should understand that sometimes people are confused scared for many reasons, you didn't even make an attempt to do so.

Actually, if you watch the first video when you first arrest me you could've read me my rights when you tazed and ziptied me but you didn't, I think you just forgot about it because no one usually uses that stuff against cops or a way to get out of an arrest.

This situation was foul from the start (even before you arrived when it was just me and the cop) And I've taken the situation with the cop to the higher ups and it's currently being resolved (waiting for a verdict)

If need be I will explain my behavior here and why it was like that.



Sorry if I have missed something and didn't reply to a point you made.
I hope you can sometimes catch me when I actually am making good roleplay with others when there's no stupid stuff happening around.

firstly i didn't tase you it was the other officer .but ok so as you can see in the vid there was a lot of hobos in the area i wanted to bring you to the PD where it is quieter and we would have more of a chance to speak but as soon as i got in the car you wouldn give me a chance to even talk to you ,you just kept repeating "your abusing a citizen " over and over again . I asked for the owner of the truck as it was illegally parked  if you had to of said i have business here i'm selling whatever it is i would've left you there and told to to move it once finished, i was unaware you were selling goods . II See too many people leaving trucks there then they get crashed into and boooom all hell breaks out so i was moving any abandoned vehicles.

i also want to ask you do you think it's ok for everyone to stop rping  so you can write notes saying your calling a admin if i don't unrestrain you as you did this in the PD and said you were recording 

also referring to when i met you as a medic . do you think that just because you feel someone may of broke some sort of server rule that you are allowed to stop drop everything and refuse to continue rp as you waiting to resolve something in ts . well you are not sir ill inform you that if something like this happens again you must continue rp finish out whatever it is you are doing and once you are away and not involved in any rp situation you then go to ts and try resolve whatever it is that happend ok . as you see at 1 min 36 seconds you pass a not while dying saying "get there now i won't proceed here " demanding someone to ts while in the middle of rp and as the video shows you don't what to rp which in my eyes is fail rp .also a police officer asking you to wait till the situation is over and they will go to liaison room but you refuse to listen and ask them to ts , if you feel you have been wrong done by anybody you can't just ruin everyone's rp and stop rping until you resolve it in ts man .

also i did check ts for you when i had the first encounter but i could see you in it . 

i'm going to leave this up to an admin , i'd like to see what input they will have thanks .

I guess we're going to debunk it part by part, i'll focus on what you have said.

point 1:

You could've easily spoken to me on the situation on the point, there were a lot of people on the main street but not where you arrested me (no noise) but you chose to process me to the PD with the means to arrest me ( as you said in the video "im arresting this guy" ) With that, when I do ask you what is the reasoning for that you just ignore my request and basically aiming to arrest me. See from https://youtu.be/ jLdVR6d8YjY?t=3m you can see that I calmly try to understand what is going on and ask "is it not good" with my character accent and you do not provide a response and I even say "I will not obey if you won't tell me a reason" And you did not provide  a reason and even then your friend says that I rammed your car when I wasn't aware (which brings me back to point number 1 from my previous response) You were just too heated to actually calmly talk to me and discuss with me about the situation.

I did identify as the truck owner, you told me to move the truck and I did so willingly without any issues and even asked to where you wanted me to park it. You didn't even ask me what i was doing here (Lacking in my opinion) and what was my purpose if you were suspicious of my car, you simply told me to move it and afterwards when i try to move and and exit to check what is behind me you come out of the police car and give me a threat "move now or i will impound your truck" (not a direct quote) Obviously I didn't want to lose my goods at that moment and hurried and moved it as you can see in the video I don't even say anything I just enter and try to move it.

We wouldn't of stopped roleplaying and as I recall I asked for you to unrestrain me so I can use the mobile to call an admin to the situation because at that time all I knew is that I didn't do anything wrong and I thought I was wrongfully being abused by the police so as a player on the server I had the right to call an admin to the situation to see if I am being processed and dealt with correctly, if not mistaken I even told you that you can message the admin in one of the notes.
It's plain stupid to wait til I get in jail then go to teamspeak and upload a video, those are the things I usually like to avoid because it just takes too much effort to deal with unless the stakes are high.
Why waste time when an available admin can be a witness to a situation, especially a slow one as an arrest.


Point 3:

The situation when you were a medic was messed up.
No I don't think it's correct to stop an RP due to something that is OOC but and i'll say it shortly; when a player uses OOC to gain advantage on you in RP is wrong in all the right reasons then forcefully makes an RP scene happen and you're forced to "RP" a situation that shouldn't of happened in the actual RP and then acts as if its legit, it gets to you eventually, we're all human behind that screen.
As I stated the situation went to the higher ups for the final verdict.

Side note: Many questions unanswered from what i asked in reply #1 about situation #1 (when you were a cop)

i'm a DGST in the police and let me tell you what i was trained  about how to handle people  who like to // while being arrested , to ignore it as accepting anyone's notes may corrupt rp for the arresting officer so i would finish rp and if you have a issue with been arrested we can chat about it in ts were i could explain it to you  . that's how it is to be dealt with it was explained that we wanted to talk to you about you hitting our cop car  at 3 min 56 it was explained  to you why u were arrested for hitting our cop car . also i would like to add you say you were calm i don't think some m8  you most definitely didn't seem calm to me . you can't just expect me or any one els to stop rping with you so you can call an admin that's not how it works here i suggest you go read the rules .
