(I am not exactly sure about the hour when it happened, take it +-30 minutes please).
He used the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of its intended purpose. In this case without consent of the owner of the vehicle, leading to destruction of the car and everything inside (weapons in normal inventory and ores in virtual inventory).
Its happens at around 3:40 into the video.

Report Rejected 

After careful consideration I have decided that this situation does not constitute trolling in my opinion. 
Willo Boston was using the unflip feature to unstick your vehicle when you yourself got it stuck. Which is more or less the intended purpose of the unflip feature.
With no feasible method of extracting the vehicle. He attempted to help. He later apologises for the destruction of your vehicle. Indicating that, that was not his intention.
He is seen to be present to give you a lift by way of apology, but you reject the offer, instead favoring a run back to Kavala. I am sure had you mentioned your lost items in the "normal" arma inventory, Willo Boston may have had the opportunity to be sympathetic and compensate you for the loss, however ultimately driving your vehicle into a space that it does not fit into, resulting in being unable to extract your vehicle is your own fault. 

The ores that you mention, will have been saved in the vehicle when you pulled it out the following restart. If you have evidence of weapons being present in the normal inventory, I would suggest contacting Willo Boston about them.
