I came out after processing my salt. Just to see 2 rebels and 1 of them stealing my mawhawk, i initiate on the guy in my mawhawk but he kept revving the chopper so i shot him. Then i initiate on his friend telling him to put his hands up or he wil lbe shot but he decided to swear at me, so we got into a gun fight and he killed me. Then he repeatedly swore at me and said "Do you have any last words", so thats fail rp. Also bare in mind he never initiated on my life he just kept swearing at me. (i am not sure if it was server 1 or 2)

 I would like to appolgise for swearing at you in OOC, it was in the heat of the moment. What I did in this video is completly within the rules, let staff decide the actions on this report, thats all from me.

Looking at the evidence i would like to clarify a couple of things.

In terms of Will O Boston calling you a cunt, there is nothing wrong with that. You just shot his friend. It's apart of the roleplay.
In the report against @Will Boston , it's rejected.

In terms what you have done.. i would like to clarify this.
You hear the Mohawk spool up and you start shouting at a distance: "Get out of the Mohawk, get out. I will shoot. Get out!" then you shoot him.

Have you at this point provided any high quality roleplay and giving him time to comply?
