I Landed my Huron at Blood Diamond dump , i get out and start mining . I hear a helicopter and when i look up its police , i get into the huron and start to spool up , the helicopter immediatly hovers and lowers into my rotors causing , damage to my huron.
I get out the huron to and ask to speak to the pilot to be told its not the officers problem.
this is a clear cut VDM and it seems they are happy to continue to let a rule break affect the course of the roleplay .
i attempted to liase with both the pilot and members of his team and they refused to come to liason sayin they were in a new situation .
the Pilot Weasley Wells admitted in ts text chat that he had 'accidentally gone too low' but didnt choose to seek resolution with me despite me reaching out to him .
He chose to take the risk of hovering above me and for him it didnt pay off ... thats not an accident .. his intention was to stop me leaving and he did so by casuing a collision with my vehicle.
In this case i believe the actions of the pilot contravene the following rule in the context of "ramming"
(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

As I messaged you on ts I accidently went too low while hovering above you. About me not wanting to resolve this with you on ts I brought your friend back to pd and after dealing with him got told to transport a guy from Athira. I told you I was in a new situation and that I would speak with you afterwards. I finished this situation(took about 20 mins) and then contacted you regarding this situation and you never responded.
Even if this accident didn't happen the ground units would have gotten you out of the heli while I would be hovering above you limiting you from taking off.

 
its irrelevant whether thing might have worked out different but ill answer anyway .

when u VDM'ed me there were no ground units in the immediate area , your options would therefore be , hover over me and wait for ground unit , thus giving me time to call in assets , or you would need to land giving me the opportunity to take off , so yes your actions did potentially affect the outcome .

i asked to speak to the pilot during the rp , repeatedly asked to speak to you in ts immedietly afterwards . to only get the response of it being an accident .

as a pilot you take calculated risks , getting that close to another heli on purpose isnt an accident.

 
The closest ground unit was in a hatchback sport that was next to the fuel station next to the dump, it would have taken around 10-20 secs for them to arrive. So no, the outcome would not have changed as you would most likely has taken off into my heli. Reason I did not land to rp with you was because there were multiple people around the area when we had secured you and as NPAS I am not supposed to land except for certain situations, this was not one of them.

 
your arguement is that it wouldnt have made a difference , but that doesnt make it right .

you made a mistake and dont seem keen to accept responsibility.

I do take responsibility of accidently hitting your heli. Saying that the outcome would have been the same even if I didn't hit you like that as I would have kept hovering there untill units arrived.

A question from me is that why did you have a problem to wait for 20 mins to discuss this in ts instead of going through the trouble of editing the video, uploading it and then having to write the report? This could easily have been resolved in ts but instead you didn't have the patience and put up a report.

Since you did not record any names in the video is hard to say who is flying. 

But since you answer in this post @Weasley Wells  and claim you are the pilot a warning will be issued to you for hitting the roter. You shuld had come out and say sorry and let him be as you did VDM him. And if this an accident i don't see why you are not willing to resolv this with the player.

@jamesjsm Did the scrap your heli or did you lose any stuff on this ?

 
Good, so there is no requirement for compensation. 

Weasley Wells has been issued a warning by @DELETER as stated before.
